The Beatles Live On

At the age of twelve Macklin wrote about her belief in the Beatles and how their music shapes her. The whole reason she believes this starts when her dog runs away. One night her dad went for a drive and started playing Yellow Submarine by Beatles song so loud you could hear it across the lake. He did this because when they would go on family trips, they would play Yellow Submarine. Febie eventually came home because some people found her and returned her. A couple months after her dad died. Now every time she hears Yellow Submarine she thinks of her dad because of that memory. Macklin beliefs no matter how old a song is you can learn a lot about yourself through a song.
