Which paper gave you the most trouble? -Sydney Norris

Was the Illustration paper harder than the first paper? 

In the first paper we had to do it related a lot to me personally. Since the first paper related to me a lot and my belief, I knew all about the topic and did not have to research at all. Not having to research means I did not have to cite. Not having to cite did not hurt or help my grade but overall made it easier. In the first paper figuring out the MLA format was harder for me because in the second one I was able to critique the format more due to learning from the first paper. The topic itself was hard in the illustration paper because I could not relate it to me. Also, in the second paper I had to research a lot more and in doing so I had to learn how to cite properly. That was a new learning point for me. Furthermore, in the second paper we could not use first or second person in our wording. This made me to think out the box further. So, in saying all this the first paper was easier in the area of talking about the topic of the paper. The first paper was difficult with understanding how to format correctly. In the second paper it was completely the other way around.
